Refund and Withdrawal Policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement, for example an email to office@rewanted.at. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, except for the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no event will you be charged any fees for the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied proof of having sent the goods back, whichever is the earliest.

You must send the goods back or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the period of 14 days has expired.

Return shipping costs

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Condition of returned goods

Because our items are pre-owned and unique, you may examine an item as you would in a shop. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In such cases we may reduce the refund accordingly.

Faulty or not as described items

Your statutory warranty rights are unaffected by this policy. If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or materially different from its description, contact us at office@rewanted.at. We will arrange a return at our cost and issue a full refund, including the original delivery charges.
