Terms of service

Terms of Service

1. Scope

These Terms of Service govern the sale of goods through shop.rewanted.at and rewanted.at (the "Store"), operated by Kirill Lukesch ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms. Full provider details are set out in our Impressum.

2. The goods

All items offered in the Store are pre-owned and unique. Each item is sold as a single piece. Product descriptions, condition notes, and photographs describe the specific item offered. Because items are second-hand, minor signs of prior use consistent with the stated condition are to be expected and do not constitute a defect.

3. Contract formation

The presentation of goods in the Store is not a binding offer. By clicking the order button you place a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when we accept your order, which we do by sending an order confirmation or by dispatching the goods. If an item is no longer available, for example because it sold on another sales channel before your order was processed, no contract is formed and any payment already taken is refunded in full.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in Euro and include statutory VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout and added to the item price. Payment is processed by our payment provider at checkout. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout.

5. Delivery

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. We ship within the European Union only.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal as set out in full in our Refund and Withdrawal Policy.

7. Statutory warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply to all goods. If an item is faulty or materially different from its description, please contact us at office@rewanted.at.

8. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of a material contractual obligation, and limited to the foreseeable damage typical of the contract. Any further liability is excluded. This does not affect any mandatory statutory liability.

9. Consumer dispute resolution

The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available, so we no longer link to it. We are not obliged to and do not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle).

10. Applicable law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country of the consumer's habitual residence remain unaffected.

11. Severability

Should any provision of these terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected.
