Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship to all 27 member states of the European Union. If your country is not available at checkout, we do not currently ship there.

Shipping options and costs

Standard: Free. Estimated delivery 3 to 5 business days.
Premium: 15 EUR. Estimated delivery 1 to 2 business days.

Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and are not guaranteed. Prices shown at checkout include VAT. Shipping is added on top of the item price at checkout.

Processing time

Every item is a unique, one-of-a-kind piece. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of your order being placed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Carrier

Orders are shipped from Austria with Österreichische Post, or with another parcel carrier such as DPD or GLS depending on the destination and parcel size. A tracking link is included in your shipping confirmation email.

Tracking

A tracking link is included in your shipping confirmation email. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days, contact us at office@rewanted.at.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at office@rewanted.at and we will investigate with the carrier.

Customs and duties

We ship within the EU only, so no customs duties or import taxes apply to your order.
